A Chicago Tribune Award-Winning cookie, lovingly dedicated to the woman who first introduced me to the magic of baking—my sweet Grandma Jean. Spiced with cinnamon, ginger, and all the warmth of her kitchen, this molasses cookie is soft, cozy, and guaranteed to bring you joy—just like Nonna always did.
The "Crickett"
Named after my best friend and original taste-tester, Crickett, this cookie is all about sweet memories and joyful bites. These soft snickerdoodles are coated in cinnamon sugar and filled with luscious dulce de leche—so good, they just might make you chirp with joy!
The "CCCC"
One bite of this salted chocolate chip cookie and you’ll instantly crave another. You might even start to wonder what’s in it (hence the mysterious third “C”)—but don’t worry, the secret ingredient is 100% legal… it’s JOY!
The "Gioia"
Inspired by my love for all things pistachio after moving to Italy, this cookie brings la dolce vita to every bite. Packed with dark chocolate chips, crunchy pistachios, and filled with creamy pistachio goodness, it truly lives up to its name—Gioia, the Italian word for joy!
The "Sorpresa"
In Italian, sorpresa means both “surprise” and “treat”—and this cookie is exactly that. A rotating, joy-sparking creation that changes with our whims (and your cravings), it’s always unexpected, always delicious, and guaranteed to make you smile with every bite!
